30-Day Return Policy
You have 30 calendar days from the date of delivery to return your item. To be eligible, the item must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in its original packaging.
How to Initiate a Return
- Contact our Customer Service team at support@imaxmall.com within 30 days of receiving your item. Include your order number, item(s) for return, and reason.
- Our team will provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and guide you through the return process.
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging, including all accessories and documentation.
- Clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the package.
- Ship the item to the address provided by our Customer Service team. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your item, we will process your refund to the original payment method. Refunds are typically completed within 7 business days.
Exchanges
To exchange an item, follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact Customer Service immediately. We will provide a replacement or refund as needed.
Non-Returnable Items
Items that are used, damaged, personalized, or gift cards cannot be returned.
