  • Opened or used hygiene or personal care items are not eligible for return.
  • Sale or clearance items may be returned unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase.

Refund Process:

  • Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for purchase.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item sent by iMaxMall.

Exchange Policy:

  • Exchanges are available for defective, damaged, or incorrect items only.
  • Exchanged items must be of equal value. Any price difference will be adjusted during the exchange.
  • Return or exchange shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrectly shipped by iMaxMall.
