At imaxmall, we want the price you see at checkout to be the price you pay — with no surprise fees at your door. This page explains our Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) policy and how customs and duty charges are handled for orders within the United States.

Delivered Duty Paid (DDP)

All orders placed on imaxmall are shipped on a Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) basis. This means any duties, taxes, or import fees that could ever apply to your shipment are fully accounted for by imaxmall before your order leaves our facility. You will never be contacted by a carrier or customs authority asking for additional payment to release your package.

Domestic U.S. Shipments

imaxmall currently ships to customers within the United States only. Because all orders are shipped from within the U.S. to U.S. addresses, shipments do not cross an international border and are not subject to customs duties or import taxes. There are no customs declarations, brokerage fees, or duty charges applied to any domestic order.

Sales Tax vs. Customs Duty

Please note that any applicable state or local sales tax is separate from customs duty. Sales tax is calculated automatically at checkout based on your shipping address, in accordance with U.S. tax law, and is shown to you before you confirm your order. It is not a customs or import charge.

No Additional Charges on Delivery

Because we operate on a DDP basis, you will not be asked to pay any of the following upon delivery:

• Customs duties or import taxes
• Carrier brokerage or clearance fees
• “Cash on delivery” customs charges

The total shown at checkout — including any sales tax — is the final amount you will pay. If a carrier or third party ever asks you for an additional customs-related fee on a domestic imaxmall order, please contact us immediately so we can investigate.

Future International Shipping

If imaxmall begins shipping outside the United States in the future, this policy will be updated to reflect how duties and import taxes are handled for international orders, and the applicable terms will be clearly stated on this page before international shipping becomes available.

imaxmall may update this Customs & Duty Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our shipping practices or for legal and regulatory reasons. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
