imaxmall LLC wants the price you see at checkout to be the price you pay. This page explains how customs, duties, and taxes work for our orders.

We Ship Within the USA, From a USA Warehouse

All imaxmall orders are shipped within the United States, from our U.S. warehouse, to addresses in the United States. Because your order never crosses an international border, no customs duties, import taxes, or brokerage fees apply. You will not be charged any of these by us, by a carrier, or on delivery.

All Prices Are Final

The total shown at checkout is the final amount you pay. It includes the item price, shipping, and all applicable taxes. There are no hidden fees and nothing extra to pay when your package arrives.

Sales Tax

Applicable state and local sales tax is calculated automatically at checkout based on your shipping address and included in your order total before you confirm your purchase. Sales tax is separate from customs duty, and customs duty does not apply to our orders.

No Surprise Charges on Delivery

If a carrier or third party asks you for an additional customs-related or delivery fee on an imaxmall order, please contact us immediately so we can investigate.

If we begin shipping outside the United States, we will update this page with the applicable duty and tax terms before international shipping becomes available.
